Verification and supply.
Different responsibilities.

Verification and inspection projects support the buyer’s decision. A direct-supply project has its own product, payment and delivery terms. Confirm the contracting role, fees and any supplier interests before commissioning work.

What do you need to check?

Need products supplied instead? Direct supply follows a separate quotation and project contract. Discuss a supply project

Your first basic supplier verification report is free — one per business, with the scope confirmed before work begins.

What the basic check covers

  • Registered business identity
  • Establishment and registration details
  • Publicly reported business risks
  • Website and company cross-check
  • An initial summary, including information gaps

Public-record verification is not an on-site inspection, full due diligence or a product-quality guarantee. Information that cannot be confirmed is identified in the report.

Before you begin.

What does a supply quotation include?

We define the product, quantity, agreed services and delivery destination first. The quotation then sets out the applicable taxes and agreed sourcing, checks, customs and transport arrangements within that scope.

Is a basic supplier check the same as a factory visit?

No. A basic check reviews public company information. A factory visit is a separate service with an agreed on-site scope. Neither is a blanket product-quality guarantee.

Can I confirm a sample before production?

Sample confirmation is part of the proposed direct-supply process. Requirements, sample costs and the acceptance criteria are agreed for the project.

Do I need exact quantities to get started?

No. An estimate is enough for an initial conversation. We will identify what needs to be confirmed before a formal quotation or order.

What will an inspection report tell me?

The report identifies the agreed product or batch, checks, evidence, findings and limitations. For sampling work, the sampling basis is agreed in advance. Findings support your decision; they do not guarantee every unit.

How do you quote for an audit or inspection?

We first define the service, location, product or supplier, technical questions and report requirements. The written quotation confirms scope and fees before work is commissioned; direct-supply payments are separate.

Can you work to my shipment deadline?

Share the inspection location, batch readiness and deadline. We confirm feasibility, access arrangements, inspection date and report timing before accepting the scope. Do not assume a booking has been made when you submit a form.

Who decides whether the goods should ship?

The buyer decides. The agreed report records findings and limitations to support that decision. Further checks or specialist testing are separately scoped.

Do you only work with customers in Ireland?

No. Ireland is our customer connection point, while we welcome purchasing enquiries from across Europe. Destinations, applicable charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each project. The Ireland supply proposal is a starting reference, not a universal payment policy.
